Ogden Engineering & Associates, LLC (OE&A) of Tucson has been awarded a SBIR Phase II Transition Project to further develop Hypergolic Green Propellants. OE&A has been developing green propellants for over 3 years to reduce the toxicity and environmental hazards associated with conventional bipropellants. Conducting a hot-fire engine test as part of a Phase II Transition is the next logical step towards full integration of a hypergolic green fuel into BMDS applications. The effort is being supported by the Missile Defense Agency and Raytheon Missile Systems, of Tucson.
